The Dana Bluffs Homeowners Association, Dana Point
Underpinned & re-leveled foundation on a 2-unit townhome building that was distressed due to slope creep & fill settlement. The repairs included re-leveling the foundation, installation of a caisson & grade beam system around the perimeter of the building, installation of push piers to bedrock at interior footing locations along with the removal & replacement of portions of the slab-on-grade.

PRR Homeowners Association, Chino Hills
Underpinned & re-leveled foundations along with the stabilization of the slopes on a (2) unit townhome building and community pool that were distressed due to slope creep & differential settlement. The repairs included the installation of push piers, re-leveling the foundations, caissons & grade beams along the foundation, slope & retaining walls, re-grading portions of the slope & slab repairs.

Canyon Rim Homeowners Association. Lake Forest
Underpinned & re-leveled foundations on (4) four-unit townhome buildings that had undergone differential settlement up to 10-inches. The repairs included the
installation of push piers to the underlying bedrock (up to 90 feet), re-leveling the foundations, slab repairs, drainage improvements.

Foothill Townhomes Community Association, Laguna Niguel
Underpinned & re-leveled foundations on (18) multi-unit townhome buildings that were distressed due to the underlying expansive soils. The repairs included re-leveling the foundations, installation of deepened footings around the perimeter of the buildings, slab repairs, drainage improvements.

Fairway Village Community Association, Fullerton
Underpinned & re-leveled foundations along with the stabilization of slopes on (8) multi-unit townhome buildings that were distressed due to slope creep & expansive soils. The repairs included re-leveling the foundations, installation of deepened footings around the perimeter of buildings, slab repairs, drainage improvements and installation of caisson & grade beam system along the slopes.

Shore Cliffs Homeowners Association, San Clemente
Underpinned & re-leveled foundations on (2) four-unit condominium buildings that had undergone differential settlement in excess of 4-inches. The repairs included the installation of push piers to the underlying bedrock (50-plus feet), re-leveling the foundations, slab repairs, drainage improvements.

Underpinned foundations and repaired slopes on (2) townhome buildings that were distressed due to slope creep and erosion. The repairs included the installation of a caisson & grade beam underpinning system and re-grading the eroded portions of the slopes.

Lifted and temporary shored (3) concrete podium parking structures with a two-story 24- unit condominium structure built over top that had undergone differential settlement in excess of 10-inches

Laguna Woods Village, Laguna Woods
Replaced deteriorating foundations & pedestals on (33) multi-unit buildings. Installed temporary shoring, jacked beams, removed & replaced deteriorated foundations & pedestals.

Monarch Bay Villas Homeowners Association, Dana Point
Installed waterproofing and French drain system on (2) townhome buildings that were experiencing water intrusion. Installed temporary lag shoring wall, excavated 10-plus feet to base of existing retaining walls, installed water proofing and French drain system.

Palmia Master Association, Mission Viejo
Underpinned (2) retaining wall foundations that was distressed due to slope creep. The repairs included the installation of a caisson & grade beam underpinning system & repairs to the existing retaining wall.

Underpinned & re-leveled foundation on 18-unit condominium building that was distressed due to differential settlement and water intrusion issues. The repairs included re-leveling the foundation, installation of a caisson & grade beam underpinning system, installation of water proofing and French drain system.

Underpinned and re-leveled foundation on 12-unit condominium building that had undergone differential settlement. The repairs included the installation of push piers to bedrock, re-leveling the foundation, slab repairs, drainage improvements.

Irvine Cove Community Association, Laguna Beach
Repaired seawall that had undergone distress due to erosion. The repairs included the straightening of the existing wall, installation of a grade beam with tie backs and structural repairs to the existing wall.
